I have know nahid for over 4 years.
She started childminding for us when our child was only a few weeks old and I can honestly say nahid is a very genuine, kind hearted individual. She is very good at her job. She listens to us on how we want things to be done but also gives her valuable input when needed.
Nahid is very flexible and can do other tasks as well as childminding. she always kept our house clean and tidy. She uses her initiative, for instance, if my child was asleep, she would do what needed to be done without me asking.
Overall I can say, nahid is trustworthy, reliable and a very hard worker.
