Hayley was my saving grace! While living in New Zealand, Hayley was an excellent nanny to our two girls. I loved that she was a great listener and helped continue our at-home learning with my eldest. She is incredibly patient, as well as creative on coming up with ways to keep fussy littles occupied. We were incredibly sad when we had to part ways and to this date, my eldest still remember all the extra love she gave her.
Working with Hayley, she was extremely professional. Her years of nanny experience, especially minding children with special needs, proved that she can handle almost any situation. She over communicated and also asked the right questions if anything was not clear. She stayed within our comfort level/boundaries, but also offered ways to improve the flow of our current household. With her expertise, it was great to also bounce ideas off her with ways to benefit the children.
Again, we couldn’t have lucked out more. Thank you again Hayley, you were a true blessing!

Hayley is so knowledgeable and has been a great support in the scary early days of motherhood!.... her experience shows and both my children adore her. We will all really miss her when she leaves. ( my work circumstances have changed so we’re regretfully letting Hayley go as I will only need some random days a month)
Hayley has done it all! ..... bath times, overnight whilst I was in hospital for number two, played for hours, fed, got them into great routines, batch cooked meals etc etc...
I can highly recommend her work and would of course give a full reference to anyone new hiring her..... and even better would be if my children could sometimes join with any future families to help develop social skills, give consistency and cut the costs for anyone hiring Hayley?!

Overall
We have mostly had a great experience with babysitters and childminders, unfortunately the experience with Hayley was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Long story short, we were in touch with Hayley based on her CV and one prior review, and agreed an evening to meet and babysit. Unfortunately, Hayley didn't turn up and furthermore there was no explanation or apologies ahead of the event.
Overall
I'd just like to leave a some positive feedback for this young aspiring Nanny.
We decided to hire a Nanny for 2 week's in January and after going through many advert's and a whole selection of very impressive profile's we decided to go with Hayley.
At first we thought her young age may have hindered her ability to cope with our 4 month old daughter, who is currently teething.. one can imagine leaving your bubby with anyone through this stage is very tense and worrying time. To our amazement Hayley managed the whole two week's to keep our little Princess happy and smiling all the time, which for us was a relief and a blessing.
Usually when I'd get home from work my daughter would hear my voice and it would be all eye's on daddy and time for cuddle's, but even after taking my daughter her eye's were on Hayley the whole time.
Hayley has a special aura that's calming and protective, I feel for a younger nanny Hayley has alot to offer and will go very far in her career.
Even if your looking for a more experienced, older nanny... I'd say give this young aspiring professional a chance before you make your decision.
