Charlene is an outstanding childcare provider.
Our son absolutely loves her and he really loves spending time in Charlene’s environment.
She is kind, well-organised, professional and fun.
Charlene gives a high-quality service, flexible and friendly.

Charlene is amazing at her job. She seems to genuinely love caring for children and going out of her way to ensure all the children she is caring for feel comfortable and relaxed. I am a single father due to my partner passing away. My son, who was 3, when I first approached Charlene for her services, was very emotionally needy due to the recent bereavement, and Charlene gave him the care he was so much in need of. I highly recommend her services

Charlene was absolutely wonderful with my 3/4 year old son. She was his first ever childminder, yet he ran into her house every day looking forward to seeing her.
My son has behaviour problems and is being assessed for ADHD, Charlene was able to provide the right setting and structure to accommodate all his needs. She is patient, kind and has a loving gentle approach with the children, you can see this is genuine too.
Charlene's daughter is also a very loving kind girl who my son adored.
