I have used Jayne for two years with my two chidren who were one and two at the time. Jayne was very welcoming and friendly, putting me immediately at ease with the daunting prospect of leaving my children and returning to work. She was very accommodating with my changing needs as the children have increased in age and through various life events. Her home has always been very calm and homely, allowing the children to be themselves. She has always provided the children with exciting activities and varied outings. They have enjoyed playing in the home enviroment but also mixing with other children at various groups attended. My children have thoroughly enjoyed their time with Jayne and still often talk about her and what she is doing.
Jayne provides a daily diary which was very helpful to the parents not only to know what had gone on in the day but to strike up conversation with the children. Also the photos that we received were a proof (if needed!) that the children were having a great time.
I would thoroughly recommend Jayne to anyone that was seeking a childminder and thank her for looking after my children so well.
