Admittedly I knew that finding childcare after lockdown and settling any child in a new setting was never going to be easy however right from the offset, Shilpi made the transition very easy for my son and he loved the days that he spent in her setting. The days were filled plenty of activities and even learning when home schooling was proven to be a challenge. Communication was very clear and I felt assured and safe with the guidelines.
