Henna agreed to babysit for us, to go to an important function for the Mayor in our Town Hall, but she simply didn't turn up. We were very disappointed indeed, particularly to have no explanation, before or since. That was unprofessional and discourteous. I am sorry if there were unforeseen circumstances on the evening but I have tried to contact her since, but no reply. I feel obliged to warn others, which I don't like to have to do. What a shame, she let herself and us down.
