Reliable and experienced

Penny has been Nanny for my 15 month old twins since May 2013 and she has been invaluable since my return to p/t work. Penny has a wealth of experience as a nanny and has also raised four of her own children. She is reliable, understanding and loves children. My twins love her and they have so much fun, playing and learning with her. Penny is also able to give me lots of useful tips with regards to feeding and behaviour as well as suggesting solutions when things are more difficult, like illness. Thoroughly recommended.

Hats

P came to help a short notice whilst I was away on a business trip. Her calm and cheerful manner was evident and her experience with children, including those of her own, meant she was at ease with my two. After seeing one of my children a little distracted at times, she made one of them put on the" listening hat" which let to some fun exchanges. P assisted with home work completion, evening meals , and my partner arrived home to cookie baking. P had sole charge from school finish until 7pm evenings and she keep me up to date on all activties by email and txt and skype whilst I was overseas and so i could see and hear my children as well.. I find P to be respectful, sensible and trust worthy. Happy to do telephone reference.
