Karen has been caring for our son Kasper since he was a year old. Her home is incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming and is truely a home from home for Kasper who is very happy and settled there. There are always fantastic projects and activities on the go along with days out and all sorts of adventures. It is very clear just how much Karen loves what she does and she goes above and beyond everyday. Kasper absolutely adores her and loves being in her care. Karen provides diaries of their activities and of Kaspers development along with photos everyday and it's wonderful to be able to see the joy and delight Kasper experiences when with her. Kasper has developed into a very happy, confident and sociable toddler and a lot of this is thanks to Karen. We honestly could not be without her. Kasper is such a lucky boy to benefit from her experience, enthusiasm and care (as will our little girl when I return to work) and we are very lucky parents to have found Karen and be so reassured and confident with their care.
