Karen has been caring for Harry (11 months) for the past 4 weeks. During this time we have seen a huge change in him. He has started to crawl, is more settled, is more independent in his play and interacts better with other people. We are in no doubt that this is down to Karen's input, care and hard work.

Her home is both welcoming and stimulating for children, with a huge variety of games, educational toys and activities.

We are kept updated daily with a communication diary, which includes details of food, activities, naps and photos.

Karen has made the challenge of returning to work and leaving our first child with somebody very easy, and has been very supportive and reassuring. She is extremely accommodating for Harry's allergy, and we trust her completely. It's clear to see that she cares deeply for the children she looks after, and we'd be lost without her.
After seeing the positive changes in Harry in just 4 weeks, we are excited to see how he will continue to develop and hope that he will remain with Karen as his childminder for many years.
