Alex has been an absolute professional in every single aspect of her childcare for our son. From the very moment we met Alex we felt completely reassured.
Alex is genuine, professional, exceptionally capable, very knowledgeable and hugely reliable.
Alex came to us in February to help with sleep training for our then aged 5 month old son, she was only meant to be here for a few weeks but we loved her so much that she helped us until mid July! Alex has been flexible, discreet, adaptable and never once late. We have taken Alex on holiday with us; she has had sole care of our son; has shared care of our son with us and has always gone the extra mile to be helpful.
Alex is very thoughtful and often sends me pictures of my son and updates during the day when I am at work so we know he is ok.
We are totally devastated to be losing her, although it was always in the pipeline for her to be leaving for America.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a genuine, professional wonderful maternity nurse / nanny.
Overall
Heidi has been a brilliant 'mothers help / nanny' with our son who is 11 months old. It is only due to our circumstances changing that we will no longer need Heidi.
Heidi is reliable and knowledgeable and willing to help with everything.
Heidi has a great attitude and is very positive and kind. She has a lot of experience and is great with our son. Our son adores her and we will be very sad to see her go.

I was also very sad to leave Rebecca and her family. I enjoyed becoming part of the family and adored their son.
Jane replied to our advert for a babysitter for our two young children. Jane turned up on time and had a bag of toys for our children to play with (although, as it was bedtime they didn't!) and forms for us to fill in with the children's details.
Jane met the children and seemed very comfortable and relaxed. We put the children to bed and left Jane with instructions!
When we got back later, Jane was coming downstairs having fed our daughter an ounce of milk as she was stirring lots.
Jane has clearly got a lot of experience and takes childcare seriously.
Although pricey compared to others, I believe you get what you pay for.
