I cannot recommend Aga Karwan more highly.

She is professional, polite, respectful and hardworking but most importantly was loving, nurturing and wonderfully creative with my children.

Sadly, I have moved out of the area recently but would have happily taken Aga with me. She was with the family for nearly 5 years and a constant in my children’s lives. I have 3 children; an 8 year old son and two daughters, aged 4 and 23 months. She looked after my son since he was 3 and both girls from birth and what impressed me the most was how she was able to juggle the developing needs of such differing age groups.

Apart from looking after their general well being on a daily basis, she strived to find new ways to keep them entertained whilst encouraging them to learn; playing games, baking, painting, and doing arts and crafts (my husband and I got the most amazing gifts made by the children for our birthday’s and Christmas).

She is patient and firm with the children. She takes the time to explain her actions and the consequences but more importantly listens to them and allows them to express their feelings.

Their health is always of utmost importance to Aga. She makes sure they have daily exercise by taking them to the local park.

Finally, the whole family adores Aga and she in turn, treats my children as her own. We couldn’t have asked for a more loyal, loving and influential person to have trusted our children with and made the tough situation of being full time working parents much easier.
