About Me
A mother of 3 girls and 1 boy, we live/work in streatham common . I have been working in childcare for over 13 years now , I have worked in nurseries,primary schools and secondary school. I started working as a childminder since 2010.
I have recently been approved to foster children.
I have childcare level 2/3 nvq and also home based learning certificate, I work from home offering a home from home service depending on your preference, hours and days negotiatable.
I work along side my partner/daughter they help out when needed. does most of the I also have an assistant childminder thats mainly in house but does school run also when busy. We have a back up child minder incase of emergency.

Simone has looked after all three of my children, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. My eldest, who’s now 14, was with Simone when she was younger, and both my 7-year-old and 4-year-old have been with her since they were babies (starting at 9 months old). My youngest was a very fussy eater, and Simone was so reassuring and patient with him — it really put my mind at ease.
Whenever the kids have been ill, Simone has gone above and beyond, even making them homemade soup to help them feel better. I’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving my children in her care, knowing they’re safe, happy, and loved.
The kids absolutely love Simone, Carla, and Havana. They each bring something special, and together they’ve created such a warm, comforting environment that feels like an extension of our family.

I couldn't have asked for a better set of childminders for my daughter! She has been with Simone a little over 3 years now and Simone has provided nothing but exceptional care, compassion and routine for her. It's bittersweet that she has to go to primary school as she has enjoyed her time here so much and has built many bonds and learned so many things like communication, fine motor skills, relationship building and trying new foods through freshly cooked meals. I love the home from home experience and individualised care that is provided for the children and the communication to parents is excellent!

Simone, has been looking after my son since he was 9 month old! I couldn’t have made a better choice. Going back to work I was very worried about leaving my boy but everything was perfect, he loved and enjoyed going there since day 1. He is now 2 and half and has developed very well growing up day by day in such a stimulating environment. As a nurse I work very random shift but she has also been very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We’re very happy with the care our child receives here - they’ve developed a lot since starting and seem very happy. They eat good meals every day and take part in different activities. The location is very convenient too.

Simone has helped arrange 2 childminders for evening care in my home fot my 8 year old daughter. They are always available and flexible in terms of the times I need. Rates are reasonable as well. The childminders provided aka Jada and Sam are both excellent and my daughters loves spending time with them. They are always punctual and polite, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Simone in a word rescued me in the midst of adjusting to the new normal of Covid and took on my 5yo as I worked- my daughters primary school only was allowed to return to school 2 mornings a week after lockdown and as I’m a single mum this wasn’t enough for me. So Simone kindly took her on, and she is very organised, instructions/requests are clear, and she is to the point. There’s nothing more I value more than a childminder who is honest.
She even made my child less of a fussy eater, I was blown away by that. She loves at least trying new things now :). My daughter now refers to Simone as Aunty Simone Childminder!
The only niggle was that the house is a bit of a walk from Streatham Common Station (if you don’t drive!). So you would definitely need to take that into consideration. However as Simone was the same walking distance from my house as daughters school (20 minutes), it didn’t bother me too much.
I look forward to booking any future holiday clubs.

My son recently started with Simone and I have to say she is an amazing daycare provider, premises is very clean and tidy.. She is very attentive to his needs and he always leaves with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend.

Simone came to our rescue during the toughest time of Covid to help with my nearly 2 year old and 4 year old whilst I worked. She came to our home and formed instant good relationships with the kids who within days were asking that she didn't go home! Simone is kind and clear but follows through with effective childcare (including boundaries) even when pushed by tantrumming toddler. She had lots of ideas for entertainment and education and even brought some along with her. For the final couple of weeks the kids were in her childcare setting which is a home from home and they enjoyed themselves and ate well and were happy to go back each day!
