I've been a single mother since my son turned 1 years old. Trying to juggle getting a job that fit around my daughters school hours and my son was really hard. But each time I worked Hermione always juggled for me. Knowing that my children were well looked after, happy, and encouraged to try new things every visit, gave me such peace of mind. Hermione always has a toilet roll list of things to do, new ideas to grasp the childrens interests and capabilities. She is enthusiastic and as we all know toddlers are "full on"! So this matches their needs. Hermione's home is really well set up with many different areas of play. Theres an established routine in a wonderful loving home environment and you couldn't wish for anymore. Finding Hermione gave me strength to be a single mum and work. I have the happy balance that I always hoped for and Hermione was a great big part in getting us there! Thank you so much!Emma, Freya and Noahxx

Over the past 18 months, Hermione has looked after my young son whilst I attend college. He settled in very quickly and was always looking forward to going to Hermione’s which made things so much easier as I knew he was happy there.
Hermione is very caring with Louis and provides a safe, playful, creative and educational environment for him. As well as her hugely warm and caring nature, her advice, patience and persistence on occasions was invaluable .
She is a fantastic childminder, is very professional and has a lovely child friendly house with secure garden.
I would definitely recommend Hermione. I will be increasing my hours in September, and Hermione has kindly re-arranged her day off to accommodate the extra hours.

Hermione has been my childminder since June 2010. I started to use Hermione as a personal recommendation from my sister, who also used Hermione's services for her two children until they went to school last September.
Tommy is with Hermione for four days a week (38 hours in total). He absolutely loves it there. Hermione is fantastic, she takes Tommy swimming once a fortnight, westonbirt, slimbridge, local farms, softplay, and toddler groups.
Tommy loves to make craft items and gets so excited when he shows me what he has produced whilst at Hermione's. He loves playing with the other children and Hermiones own children as well. He is always very excited to go to Hermiones, and has really developed over the past 12 months.
Hermione has also recently helped me with potty training, something i was really dreading, but she really helped out and within a fortnight Tommy was almost potty trained.
I was so proud of Hermione when she was awarded Outstanding by Ofsted, this just goes to show how fantastic she is. Well done, what an achievement.
Hermione goes out of her way to provide an exceptional service and is very flexible and accommodating.
I am so pleased Hermione had a vacancy for Tommy, she is amazing!!!

Hermione has childminded my daughter, Sophie, for about four years now. Sophie was 12 months old when she first went to Hermiones. She is now approaching five. As Sophie is now in school, she is mostly looked after for a few hours after school each day and full time in school holidays.
I know that Sophie thoroughly enjoys and benefits from the time spent with Hermione and is always happy and entertained when i collect her each evening.
I personally feel the quality of Hermiones care is second to none. We receive monthly newsletters full of useful information and detailing a wide range of activities and subjects the children will be doing and photos, and a daily diary is completed. Hermione also provides the children with a lovely folder, called a learning journel which has lots of art work, photos, observations etc in. Its a lovely folder which i enjoy reading each month.
Hermione has a large noticeboard in her hallway showing off all the childrens art work. Its always a very colourful display.
Hermione provides well balanced meals and healthy fruit snacks throughout the day.
I know that Sophie is constantly pro active whilst she is at Hermiones, with a lot of educational and stimulating activities as well as having fun.
In summary, I could not have found a better and more loving childinder. Long may it last .......................... Laura Farrington
