So rude. Dealing with a family emergency and trying to arrange a phone with her slipped my mind.
Sent several messages in a row that were really unpleasant and unnecessary, even after explaining the situation.

Your communication throughout the entire process of securing childcare has been sporadic and sometimes nothing at all! I work with parents that are grateful for the help, not needing chasing to secure the basic information needed.

Great Babysitter

Lauren babysat for me during a school inset day. Super responsive to get everything organised. Got stuck in straight away on the day and the girls had lots of fun with her. Overall a very easy person to work with and lots of fun for the kids.

Fantastic, fun and kind babysitter

Lauren looked after our 9 yo and 2y 10m at a holiday apartment. She created a bond with both children very quickly. It barely took 10 minutes for her and the children to be absorbed into play.

She's fab at communication and responds very quickly to texts. She is also punctual and was flexible when we were delayed by a mishap.

Lauren followed the children's routine effortlessly and was confident in handling our toddler's foibles.

It was so lovely to spend the evening with the children. They are a delight and made the very uncomfortable air BnB sofa more tolerable lol xx
