Like someone else has said, Gemma's is a home from home and you can feel that immediately. I felt instantly comfortable with Gemma and loved her vibrant, well structured setting. My little one was a bit reluctant to be left, but with time she soon settled in and loves being with Gemma. She has been there just over a year and is coming on in leaps and bounds. She comes home with lovely crafts from her day, and attempts to tell me about all the fun she has had (She's only 2). At pick up, the hand over is informative, including if I need to sign any paperwork.
Overall, I'm really happy with Gemma- she's professional, really friendly, nurturing and evidently cares a lot for the children. I know my little one is and feels safe with her.

My son has been going to Gemma’s since he was 9 months old. It really is a home from home for him. She is amazing with the children and does so many activities with them. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The first thing that struck me about Gemma was how down to earth she is. I felt an instant connection with Gemma and knew straight away she was someone I was happy leaving my baby with. One year on and I can honestly say I am so happy with my decision! Now 2, my son is a happy, outgoing and a clever little boy and so much of that is down to Gemma and his time with her. They are always doing lovely things, going on days out and walks in the woods. They also do lots of really good activities in the home, making things, baking and lots of crafts. I would really recommend Gemma, especially to those parents who struggle with leaving their little ones. My mind is always at rest, knowing my son is in the best hands. Not only a brilliant childminder but also a lovely, kind and caring person.

My daughter has been cared for by Gemma since she was 9 months old. From the first meet, Gemma’s care and passion for children and minding was clear to see and I instantly felt that Gemma would provide the home from home care that I wanted for my daughter. I trust her completely with the welfare of my child and know she is in incredibly safe and experienced hands. Gemma’s setting is great and what I love is that she constantly does new activities and learning experiences with the children including groups, day trips and outdoor play. she is not just a great childminder but such a lovely person too and I see her and her family now as an extension of my own family. I thoroughly recommend her.

We went to Gemma after my son was really unhappy with a previous childcare provider. He settled straight away and always came full of smiles and telling me about his day. When I changed jobs Henma was really helpful and accommodating with the hour changes needed, would definitely recommend!

I really would recommend gemma, I have had my two children in with her since my youngest was just months old, she took both my children on together and she always goes that extra mile with them! It's so hard to find a childminder who you can truly trust with babies so young but the connection between her and my children were amazing! There always busy doing something and always happy when I collect them! She has been so flexible for me! Couldn't ask for a better service x

We would Highly recommend Gemma's child care services. We were very lucky to have found Gemma when we needed a childminder to look after our two girls when returning to work after maternity leave.
The outstanding ofsted rating was the initial attraction but after meeting Gemma and then once Gemma started caring for our girls we could not have asked for a more home from home, nurturing environment.
Gemma not only provided a caring and fun packed environment where our girls were developing and learning new things, but Gemma also became a great support to us too.
Her girls are just lovely too and my girls are missing them all. We moved house recently to a new town and have unfortunately had to change our child care arrangements due to logistics.
