We invited Joanna for an interview after some initial email exchange in which she confirmed all timings. She never turned up for the interview, nor did she try to contact us to tell us she was unable to attend. There was no contact even when I left messages for her, and I've heard nothing since.Trying to arrange interviews with a small baby is problematic at the best of times, and we organised part of our day around meeting her. A huge waste of time for us, and doesn't bode well for someone who describes themselves as a reliable nanny.
