Amazing childminder who goes above and beyond!!

Evelyn is amazing with the children! She looked after my son from 3 years old and he had such fun going to the beach, park, mums and tots, play centres and so many more places. He got to do baking, painting and things that most mums do with their kids, so in effect it was like a home from home for him. I never had any concerns as I knew he was being very well looked after, her house was extremely child friendly with many activities and games to keep him occupied. Evelyn does so much with the kids, I honestly think she deserves a gold medal, they are always out and about exploring and having adventures. I am truly grateful to Evelyn for everything she did for my son and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Xxx

Friend and occasional user

I have been friends with Evelyn for many years and I spend time with her regularly at her home and on days out with her, her family and her childminding kids.
She is a very caring person, consciousness and is a good friend. She has looked after my kids at weekends, week days and overnight and they always come home having had lots of fun and feeling valued as she boosts their self esteem with her witty personality and fun games.
She has good values and a genuine interest in her little people's welfare and health by keeping them active, taking them outdoors and giving them quality snacks. She is fair and treats all the kids on an even playing field and has no favourites.
Evelyn has a good routine, structure and boundaries which kids need to feel safe.
Evelyn is also well known in Cairneyhill to have looked after other children successfully that have failed with other childcare providers as she caters for the child's individual needs and nurtures them with her patient and caring nature and structured timetable making the child feel valued, included and responsible.
She is very reliable and has only taken time of 3 times in 18 yrs!
I have read the reviews on here and apart from one I believe are a true reflection of her professionalism and kindness. If I had another child that needed looked after I would let her look after them in a heartbeat as she does such a good job.

Excellent chidcare

My some currently goes to Evelyn and has done for 8 months now. I feel confident in leaving him there as the level of service is excellent. My son runs in happy and tells me wonderful stories about his time with Evelyn and her family. I would highly recommend Evelyn as a childminder.
