Alexis looked after our daughter for 1 year, until we relocated. It was the hardest part of relocating knowing we wouldn’t have Alexis as part of our daughters younger years. I was a very nervous first time mum leaving my 12 month old and Alexis made the process as easy as possible, being reassuring, professional and very understanding with how I was feeling. Our daughter loved being there and she felt like, and was treated, as part of the family which we are beyond grateful for. It was a home from home which is what we wanted.
Alexis is the kindest, most caring, pragmatic and generous person and enabled our daughter to feel comfortable whilst also developing. They spent lots of time outside too which was really important to us. We also will never forget how dedicated and patient Alexis was transitioning our daughter to nap at a cot at her house, she went beyond what we thought to make it as seamless and comfortable for our daughter as possible.
We will always feel grateful for how Alexis helped us and our daughter transition into childcare.

Alexis is the best childminder EVER! She cared for our son and daughter for 6 years, until we moved to America.
Alexis has a natural kind and calm nature, along with patience and a wonderful sense of humour. She is gifted with an ability to connect with children. Our children had so much fun with Alexis; going on outings, playing with a wide range of toys, getting involved and experimenting with cooking, gardening, art, science… In this loving and stimulating environment, our children felt free to express themselves and Alexis helped nurture them into the children they are today. She became part of our family, our children continue to love her so much!

Alexis provided such a warm, caring and educational environment for my boys and knowing they were so happy with her made going back to work much easier for me. They still talk about her and how much fun they had while she was looking after them. I 100% recommend her.

When my daughter started going to Alexis in 2019 she was a shy and nervous 1 year old. I was worried to leave her and return to work; but Alexis welcomed her with such a calm kindness and she instantly made us both feel at ease.
She has developed so much with Alexis’ support, and I now have an outgoing and funny 4 year old who asks most days if she is “going to Lexi’s house” which I think is brilliant!
I couldn’t be happier to leave my daughter in the trusting care of Alexis. I know that my daughter is taken out everyday which is really important to me; they go to various places but the favourites are the park, playground or library.
I couldn’t recommend Alexis enough, and I really hope she will have a space for my son when he is older too!!
