My son is severely disabled and the care he is given is second to none. Mina undertook additional training to learn how to tube feed and learnt basic Makaton. she is very inclusive and ensures all the children she has also have an inclusive experience. Her home is inviting , and the children are clearly happy and want to be there.My son is non verbal and she takes the necessary time to communicate and understand him. She is excellent at dealing with each child as an individual and giving them a varied comfortable and varied experience.

Mina has cared for our son since October 2016. He has absolutely thrived and has been treated as part of the family. He loves going to Minas house and I feel totally relaxed in the knowledge that he is cared for and is having fun. I totally trust mina.
She is patient and fun and the kids love her.
We are re locating closer to family and the hardest part is trying to find another childminder. I know I will never be able to replicate what mina gave us and we are going to miss her dreadfully.
She sends us photos throughout the day of what he is doing, and she has been very flexible, even going as far as only taking two weeks maternity leave and having our son back straight away so we didn’t have to struggle for care.
I really am upset that my second son won’t be going to her as we are moving, and I don’t have any hesitation in absolutely recommending her.

Mina doesn't look after my daughter anymore as she's now a teenager! But when she did, it was just like leaving her with a family member. Ellie would have an amazing time and always came home talking about all the exciting things she had done. Nothing is too much trouble for Mina and nothing fazes her. She's a god send!

To say that you have found a childminder who is like one of the family is a cliche, but for us that was the level of care, security and peace of mind Mina provided for us and our daughters. Mina's house is warm and open and full of love and learning. It is simply the perfect place to be - a home away from home.
We feel privileged to have met Mina and her lovely Family and we highly recommend "Silkstone Childminder" without hesitation to anyone looking for extremely professional, qualified and loving childcare.

Thank you so much! Missing the girls, can't believe how big they've got!
I have no doubts in recommending Mina's childminding services. She is experienced and confident with children and babies. I am aware she has undergone many training programmes to keep her skills up to date. This also means she can cater for children of all needs.
She clearly loves her job and is happy to be flexible. She provides educational activities that children and babies adore. She's calm and approachable and very much a natural.

Mina has an enthusiasm like no other person I have met. She not only did all she could to get to know my children but she is so much fun that they ask to go to her house to play! The children are in a safe and homely environment which helped them settle in immediately. Mina is very flexible and has always done her best to fit in with our schedules. Knowing that Mina's own children are of different ages I was also confident that she was able to help my children in the different stages of their development and the calm and relaxed environment really brings out the best in my own children. I cannot recommend this lady enough!

Mina has been looking after my children for a fair few months now and it is always a pleasure to drop them off. Mina has a crazy amount of ideas for activities with the children and always finds time to put her ideas into action. They are well fed every day and always come home with a smile on their face. They always have lots of stories to tell about their adventures at Mina's house. I am going to miss the service when i go on maternity leave but Mina will definitely be my first choice when I return to work :)
