Lucy was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, efficient and a very nice person. Our granddaughter had a hectic time with a new baby brother and her first flight not to mention being in a strange house all in one week so we expected some issues. Lucy had the professional magic touch and kept her entertained and fed and got her settled down on schedule with no problems at all. Well done Lucy!
