Anna loves her job and is absolutely brilliant at it. She has been looking after our son two days a week for two years now, and we couldn’t be happier. Our son was only four months old when Anna started, and she was very gentle and attuned to his needs as a baby. As he has grown, she has adapted to his ever-growing interests. She is very imaginative and comes up with all sorts of pretend play, role play and arts and crafts activities, which absorb his attention. She also loves reading stories and singing, and constantly engages him in conversation, which has really helped with his language development. They have bonded so much that now my son asks to see her on weekends!
Her calm presence not only benefits our son but all of us, as she makes everything seem light and easy. She is very good at timekeeping, tidy and organised. She is respectful of our preferences and routines, and at the same time is ready to offer tips and advice when asked. In fact, I feel that I have learnt much of what I know about parenting from her. We are extremely fortunate and proud to have her as our son's nanny.

Anna was our daughter's Nanny and best friend for two and half years. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough and we really wish she could have stayed with us (but we sadly had to move to Ireland and Anna needed to stay in Bristol). She raised our daughter to be a glorious toddler who is happy, loving, polite, assertive, curious about the world around her and wonderful to be around. Anna encouraged her to learn through play and made sure that there was always something fun going on. Anna cooked beautiful, healthy meals for her and encouraged her to join in the preparation. Anna made sure that they spent time out doors learning about nature and getting fresh air and being excited about exploring and taking on new challenges. Anna taught Emily to be inquisitive, but also learn when to be safe around roads, in parks, in the woods and in public places. Anna encouraged Emily to be her own person, to make her own choices and decisions and has taught her a love of books and reading as well as music, dancing and art. Anna made sure that Emily spent time with other children and they caught the bus to toddler groups and library sessions, ballet classes and parties. They went to museums, art galleries and the aquarium. One thing is certain, Anna is worth her weight in gold and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her for any task she puts her mind to. Emily had the most wonderful friend for nearly three years and we are very sorry to have to say goodbye. Anna also adjusted to life with two children (after we had our second child) with grace and ease. Our son is a bundle of energy and yet Anna was able to make both children feel like they were centre stage. How she did it I will never know. Anna brought a level of magic and wonder into our children's lives that we will struggle to replicate. She is Mary Poppins and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. Anna never once had the television on and never once resorted to mobile phones/ipads for entertaining the children. She always checked everything with us first (from where to go for an outing to what sort of meals she could feed the children) as well as offered ideas for how to make our lives easier balancing work and family. By the time she had been with us for a few weeks we knew that whatever Anna thought was right for the kids was going to be just perfect and we let her have free reign. Anna has been there through all of Emily's early childhood, she was there for helping with vaccinations as well as celebrating birthdays and mothers/fathers days, Christmases and easter during the week with the children while we were working. Our kids wanted for nothing and their evident love of Anna and enjoyment in her company shone through at all times. Emily would run to the door to greet her and even now says she wants Anna with her. Once again, Anna's abilities as a nanny cannot be overstated and I am writing such a long review in the hope that someone else's children can be as fortunate to have her as their nanny as ours have been.

Anna has been a really wonderful babysitter / Nanny. Always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Great timekeeping and really fun. Played with the kids with lots of arts and crafts. Incredibly kind and caring and knew I could leave my 2 children in her very capable hands. I highly recommend her.
