Excellent nanny, very hard to find!

Karen has been working as a nanny for our two children (4 and 1yo) for the past year and has been brilliant!

She is incredibly hard working, reliable and trustworthy. The kids love spending time with her and are very happy to be left with her. They do all sorts of fun activities, trips and play dates and generally have a lovely time! She manages to combine being fun and energetic with being very sensible, calm and firm but fair. They always seem so well behaved for her and they obviously respect and listen to her. She also manages to have the house spotlessly tidy, has walked the dog, made a healthy meal and done some washing by the time we are home from work!

Karen is the first nanny that we have employed and she has managed to make the process very straightforward. She is open and honest, an excellent communicator, always very professional and punctual and has never been unable to work or let us down.

We would be more than happy to provide further references as required.
