Failed to show up to interview. No attempt to contact me or reply to my phone call and message to ask if she was on her way.

This review is incredibly unfair. I was unable to attend the interview as I had been taken into hospital the night before by ambulance. This review is also invalid as the parent cannot comment on my setting, cleanliness and food having never met me. I can provide many glowing references from previous families and I am very upset that someone who has never met me can leave such a damaging review.

Excellent and very experienced nanny

Carly is a very lovely nanny. She is kind and caring and very experienced and skilled in what she does. She has been excellent with my 4 children, 3 of whom have autism. Highly recommended!
