Splendid service

Haja has been looking after my two boys for the last 8 months now, her professional service has help my boys to read , count and improve their educational skills , my boys are acting special now at school, everyweek they are having stickers for good behaviour from their school. Thanks to the special lady Haja with her great settling and learning skills. My kids will always remember you.

Very unprofessional

We arranged to have a meeting on Friday. Haja called to reschedule for later which was fair enough, however upon arriving at her house at the rearranged time, Haja was not there, did not pick up any calls or respond and texts and then after an hour I left. Haja then sent a message asking who this was and then after I rung back said do not call this number again. Very confusing exchange a waste of time

LorenR , i thought i have told you the reason why i was not home on time. I took the children on a trip to London Zoo. on our return we stock on traffic. i plead to you about that , and asked if we can re-schedul it for another day you promise to see me back after seeing your next option. hope you do see this as not my fault it was not unprofessional as you think. Also, regarding my phone, it was off as i told you before. once again am very sorry about that.
