We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel! She has been an incredible nanny for our family, and we feel so lucky to have her. From the moment she started, she instantly connected with the kids, understood their needs, and brought such a calm and positive energy into our home.
Rachel is incredibly reliable, responsible, and attentive. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the children are not only safe and well cared for but also engaged in fun and meaningful activities. Whether it’s reading stories, playing games, or simply nurturing their curiosity, she has a natural ability to make everything fun and engaging. She’s also great at maintaining routines, which makes a huge difference in keeping things smooth and stress-free for us as parents.
What truly sets Rachel apart is how much she genuinely cares. It’s clear that she loves working with children, and they absolutely adore her in return. She is warm, patient, and kind, but she also knows how to set boundaries in a way that is both gentle and effective.
