Ardijana started looking after our baby boy since when he was 8 months old. Like many first time parents, my husband and I work full time and were concerned about whether our baby would receive optimum care. Ardijana treats our baby like one of her own children. Under Ardijana’s care, our little boy absolutely flourished in every way. Ardijana reads and sings to him regularly. From one year old, our baby started to say quite a few words. When he was one and a half, he was able to recognize and pronounce almost all of the 24 letters and also count from 1 to 10. When he was 2, he was able to speak complete English sentences and also he knows the lyrics to many nursery rhymes. Our family friends call him little Einstein. We’ve also been told by our health visitor that his development is ahead of his peers. Besides his developments in literacy and communication, we also found our baby to be very sociable. Ardijana takes him to playgroups and encourages him to socialize with his peers. At 2 years old, he started introducing himself and Ardijana to other kids he met at the playground. Every time when Ardijana goes home, our baby cries and cries for Aridjana to come back.
Ardijana is the modern day Mary Poppins. We can't thank her enough for what she has done for our happy, healthy and well-behaved baby. We highly recommend Ardijana to any parent who is looking for quality care for their children.

We have been very lucky to have Ardijana look after our two young girls from Dec 2017 to May 2019! She is very warm, caring, responsible, educational, and diligent nanny that goes beyond the call of duty in supporting our family. While with us, Ardijana was responsible as sole charge of our younger daughter, but she would also help with nursery drop-offs and pick-ups of our eldest daughter. She is very patient with the little ones and is nurturing to them. The kids adore her! Always on time, and always ready to help with whatever was needed - I could not have managed without Ardijana during this time! The only reason she is moving on from helping our family is that our little one will be joining her older sister at nursery, so our needs have changed.
I cannot recommend Ardijana enough! She is a true gem and will remain a family friend going forward.

Overall
Ardijana worked with our family for around 8 months and helped look after our three children, 3 years, 6, years and 8 years. Ardijana helped with afternoon school runs (and sometimes in morning) and had sole charge of the kids. She took the kids to after school activities such as tennis and kickboxing. She also helped prepare meals for the kids and with housekeeping. The kids were very happy and Ardijana spent lots of time especially with my younger son doing puzzles, reading him books, drawing and taking him to the park and various playgroups. She also would take all the kids to outings such as the zoo and topsy turvy in the school holidays. I appreciated Ardijana kind, caring and calm nature. The kids will miss her. Ardijana is very reliable and lovely nanny.
