Completely disappeared

We were excited to meet Madie after making contact on childcare.co.uk. I rearranged a family trip which would have been the first time they were meeting my newborn twins so as to accommodate an interview on the day Madie could do. The morning of the interview Madie text saying she had a headache and would let me know if she could make the next day by the afternoon. Since then I heard nothing from Madie and she did not respond to messages or a phone call. Apart from ruining a family trip she wasted our weekend also. We were concerned for her welfare before figuring out she must have had another offer. This is something she could have said right away. Very disappointing behaviour as being reliable is a key trait for a nanny.

Great with babies

We hired Madie when our son was 10 months old and she was a big help. At the time I was struggling to find someone experienced with babies, so when we found Madie we were really pleased. Madie is reliable and caring and we would recommend her to anyone looking for extra help or babysitting young ones.
