As brand new (anxiety filled) parents who'd never hired a babysitter before, we were really worried about the experience and what it would look like.
Thankfully, we came across Sophie (Shoaps23) and all of our worries, concerns and anxieties were completely calmed and absolutely would be looking to book them going forward!
They were clear, comforting and confident in days leading to the babysitting date, providing plenty of documents confirming Sophie's standing and experience.
On the night, Sophie made a WhatsApp group between all of us, sending frequent photo updates and plenty of updates on how our little spud was doing.
Thanks to Sophie's positive attitude, confident approach to childcare and clear communication and commitment to including us in the night, we wholeheartedly recommend Sophie to any and all parents in a similar position.

Sofia looked after my two boys, aged 3 and 8, and they absolutely adored her. She even kindly agreed to pick up my older son from school. The kids were ecstatic and had an amazing time. My younger son couldn't stop talking about how they played with Sofia for an entire week afterwards and keeps asking when this "girl" will come back. She is a kind, energetic, and cheerful nanny, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better.

It has been an absolute pleasure meeting Sophie, we feel very lucky and our baby boy (7months) loves their time together. Sophie immediately reassured us from the very start and keeps us constantly updated in our group chat. My partner works away so having Sophie available to help out helps balance life much better without any added worry/stress, an absolute game changer for us as a family 💓. Huge thankyou Sophie xXx

We have used Sophie a number of times for both evening and day time childcare and she has always been amazing - she is good with our little boy, keeps us up to date with photos & messages of how he is and has been really flexible. We hadn’t left him before as we do not live near family so we were a little nervous before using Sophie but as soon as we met her, we were reassured as she is so lovely. Will continue to use 😌

Sophie was recommended to us by a friend and I am really glad I got in touch with her. She is the first babysitter we have used for our nearly 3 year old and 1 year old. She came to meet us before babysitting and was very professional and caring which put us at ease. We did a babysitting session later that week and my son loved playing with Sophie - he has even asked a few times since when she is coming back. We will be arranging another visit soon! I would highly recommend Sophie!

From when we first met Sophie she has been fantastic. Living not very close to family who we would rely on for babysitting our son we wanted to find someone who we could trust and Sophie is that person. I was very nervous to leave our son the first time Sophie was babysitting for us, but she was so kind and understanding and sent us updates through the evening to keep me reassured. Her communication and understanding are excellent and I am so glad we found her.

Having Sophie look after our little girl (1y) was our first time using a babysitter who wasn’t a family member and we’re so glad we found her! She came and met our little girl beforehand and was an instant hit and really fun and friendly. She was really professional and kept us up to date on what was going on whilst we were out for the night which was great…we will definitely be using Sophie again!

Sophie was recommended to us by other parents and I’m so glad she was. Sophie made the time to come and meet us and my 4 yo, and then suggested an hour settling session where she took him to the park. This was really successful and my 4 yo was really comfortable. The same week Sophie babysat for us in our new home, and was able to settle my 4 yo to sleep in a new house, having only met him twice before. Sophie is natural around children, her communication with children is great and my son is already fond of her. Sophie’s communication with us as parents has also been excellent. Would recommend if you need for babysitting/childminding, even if your child is not used to a wide range of people looking after them. Thank you!

Sophie is the first babysitter we’ve left our little one with- I would highly recommend! Sophie has loads of experience and always keeps us informed about how our daughter is doing when we’re not there which is very reassuring. Will definitely be using Sophie’s babysitting services again in the future
