Caring, Responsible & Proactive Nanny

Tanya has been our interim Nanny for 2 months since our previous Nanny left and has been fantastic in every way.

Tanya has all the qualities I would expect she is caring, responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive and always thinks ahead which is brilliant when you are working full time and sometimes forget things.

Tanya brings her son with her who is 2 and this has worked well for both of us as it allows her to work and be with him and my 2 children have loved playing with him and having him around.

Tanya is organised and being a mum herself just seems to know what needs to be done, from emptying the dishwaher, folding the ironing or double checking those teeth have really been brushed.

Tanya takes the children to their afterschool clubs and collects them this has ranged from Horse Riding to Swimming and has also taken them to the park and play dates.

I would 100% recommend Tanya and would be happy to give a verbal referance for her to anyone who may be inetrested, we will be sorry to see her leave and this is only due to me not having enough hours to give as both my children are at school and I only need after school collection now.

Tanya has looked after our two boys since July 2013. The boys were 3 years old and 1 year old when she started working for us. I trust Tanya wholeheartedly. She puts the children’s safety, health and well being at the forefront and from day one has provided a fun and loving environment.

Tanya has fitted into our family fantastically well, our boys love Tanya and I have seen the bond grow very strong between them all.
Tanya has been a delight to have in our home. She is tidy, conscientious and respectful. Tanya has gone above and beyond her duties whilst working for us. Her time keeping and reliability have been impeccable. She has also been flexible in managing our requirements. An example of this is how Tanya has managed to drop off and pick up our eldest son at nursery and in between, going to a nursery play group with our youngest son.

I have been impressed by the variety of activities she does with the children. She has used her own initiative and found lovely local playgroups to take the children to; on different days to suit the needs of the children’s routine and their varied ages. She takes them on outings to Leeds Castle, the Transport Museum, play centres and parks. She seems to love getting the children outside for some fresh air, come rain or shine and stay busy.

I am very sad that we are relocating so Tanya will no longer be able to look after the boys. I know Tanya will be an asset to any other family.
