Wonderful Childminder

We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a caring, reliable, and nurturing childminder in Linsay. Since she started looking after our son last August, we’ve seen him grow in confidence, independence, and happiness. He spends three days per week with Linsay, and each day is filled with fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities that he absolutely loves. Whether this be doing puzzles and playing with toys at her home, or a day out to the park or a local play group, our son always has a fun day. Linsay creates such a warm and welcoming environment – it’s easy to see how much the children in her care enjoy being with her.

Linsay is very communicative, giving us regular updates throughout the day, which gives us real peace of mind and helps us feel connected to what our son is experiencing. Whether it’s a quick photo, photo, or message about something he’s done or learned, it’s very reassuring and always brightens our day. But most importantly, our son absolutely loves his time with Linsay and the other children she minds. He looks forward to his days with her and always comes home happy. As parents, it’s so reassuring to know he is in such good hands.

We’re truly grateful for the love and dedication Linsay puts into her work and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

Brilliant childminder.

My son has been attending Linsay since October 2022. I’m so grateful that we found Linsay just in time for me going back to work after having my son, she provides pick up and drop off service which is really helpful for me as I don’t drive, Linsay always goes out her way to make things easier for myself and will even drop my son off to grandparents houses etc when required. My son loves going to Linsay they are always out and about doing things, he always has a great time. Linsay takes great pride in the care she provides for all her children in her care. I can always rely on her for good advice as well when it comes down to my son and going through different stages as I am a first time mum, it’s nice to have someone be so reassuring at times. Linsay will always keep in touch through out the day by sending me pictures of my son at toddler group playing and having fun, I always look forward to seeing his wee pictures and what he’s upto while he’s with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Conscientious, Compassionate, Great with the boys.

Linsay came to my rescue when we first moved to Scotland and has been a really solid support to the boys and I since - she has taken the boys out for long days when I have really needed a break most. On top, she has been especially considerate of our family's needs and situation. She 'gets it' - she is great with the children and is able to set clear and reasonable boundaries which are much needed at times with 2 cheeky boys! She is reliable, trustworthy, a good resource and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any family.
