We have been using Clair for the last year (and we knew instantly that she was the perfect fit for our son) after a very rocky year in a nursery for my little one. Clair made my child feel welcome every day and he settled instantly with ease! He has come so far since starting, his confidence has grown, he is much more interactive with other children and adults, and he enjoys telling us all about his days out with Clair and his friends!
Clair has always been very supportive of our son, and always has lots of enriching activities for them to do, including days out! It has even become a daily ask of .am I going to Clair's house today?' we really couldn't have asked for more, as a family we are really grateful for how she has cared for him and helped aid his development.
We will miss Clair so much when she is no longer part of our weekly routine, she really is the best childminder you could ask for!

My daughter has been looked after by Clair for 9 years. The level of care that she has provided has been outstanding and I trust her implicitly.
During the early years, Clair really helped with Olivia's learning and development and that gave her a great foundation for getting ready for school. She has always been great at keeping her entertained, lots of arts and crafts and plenty of fresh air play outside.
Clair is extremely reliable and has never let me down, which has enabled me to work full time with no childcare stress or worries since Olivia was 7 months old.
Olivia has grown up to be a lovely well balanced child and Clair has played a huge part in that.
Olivia has been very happy over the years and when the time comes for her to go to senior school, we will miss Clair like part of the family.

Clair has been looking after my daughter since 2019, and my son also started with her in 2022. My daughter is naturally shy, so I was very anxious to leave her at just 10 months. I shouldn’t have worried because Clair took her in as one of her own. My daughter settled in really quickly and became a completely different child – more confident and happy. Clair is patient and kind and makes me feel 100% secure in leaving both of my children all day while I go to work. They are always doing lots of educational and creative activities, going to parks, playgrounds, soft play. Clair’s own children are so polite and well spoken and that was important to me too. They’re a very good influence!
Clair, her husband, and her children are essentially second family at this point. My daughter and son love them and run in smiling every morning. I can’t imagine life without Clair now! Anyone would be lucky to have her as their childminder. 😊

Clair has been looking after our daughter for the last 3 years. We met Clair during the pandemic when I was due to return to work. Our daughter had spent from 6months old with just us during lockdown and was not used to other adults. I was anxious as to how we were going to find a childminder during a time when we couldn’t go into other peoples houses!! We needn’t have worried as Clair quickly put us at ease. She was so friendly and warm and answered lots of questions. Our daughter started with Clair at 9 months old and is now 3.5. She loves Clair, as does our son who attends Clair’s setting after school one day a week. She takes wonderful care of the children she looks after and goes above and beyond in many ways. Our children talk about her, along with her husband and children, with fondness and they always enjoy the activities Clair has on offer. She is always very flexible and puts herself out to help, even at short notice! I would highly recommend Clair as a childminder, if you’re lucky enough to find that she has a space, grab it quickly because your child will be in great hands.

I've been using Clair for over 2 years. She provides great care for both my boys. Plenty of educational and creative activities. Easily adapts to different children's personalities. My 3 year who now goes full time to nursery still asks and gets excited when he knows he's going to Clairs in the holidays.

Having to return to my full time job after my first child and mid-pandemic couldn't have been any more daunting. My daughter was just about to turn one and I felt so overwhelmed at all the childcare options and pros/cons of each. After interviewing several childminders I knew Clair was the right option for us. Not only did she happily answer about 1000 questions from me but she also brought her 2 lovely kids to meet my daughter. After noticing how caring and polite her own children were, it really put me at ease that my little girl would be in the right place. Clair is the best choice I could have made and I have been extremely happy and grateful for the care she has provided us with for the past 2.5yrs. She is friendly, flexible and loves the kids in her care like her own. My daughter absolutely adores Clair and is always excited to go and see her every day. Clair takes the kids out for a variety of activities during the week which I personally love as my daughter is very active and thrives on adventuring! As a parent I can't thank Clair enough for all of the times she's been super flexible, especially last minute, without any issues whatsoever. Her communication is great and she often shares pictures of all the things my little one gets up to during the week. I can't recommend Clair highly enough and look forward to sending my little boy to her next year!

We first meet Clair when our son was 3 months, she put us at ease, answered all my million and 1 questions, and re assured us, 6 months later after planned settling in days our son went to Clair's every weekday. Clair and her family are wonderful people they are all so caring and make each day fun and enjoyable, our son has a diary for daily communication and we have regular progress reviews the amount of work Clair puts into these reviews and his book bring tears of happiness to our eyes. Since our little man started he has had so much fun, there is always a project and theme they are working towards, they are regularly going to playgroups, parks, gardens and soft play. Our son gains so much from his experiences at Clair's and loves every moment he spends there. Her children are amazing and you can see how well behaved, well spoken and kind children they are and we love the fact our son will also gain these qualities as well. We were nervous of how he and we would cope with full time childminding, but Clair provides a fantastic learning environment, and opportunities for our son to thrive in and also gives us both support when we have concerns or questions. Clair is the best childminder you will ever find, she is a natural.

What can I say about Clair? She has been a god send!
When I went back to work from Maternity leave, I was so nervous. My son was incredibly clingy. He wouldn’t stay in a room with anyone other than myself, my husband and my mother-in-law. I didn’t think I would ever find someone who would make it an easy transition.
I took my son to meet Clair, and she interacted so well with him, putting him and myself completely at ease.
Clair’s husband and two children also took the time to get to know him to ensure he would feel happy and safe.
After a few settling in sessions, he happily toddled off, excited for their daily adventures. Through the day, Clair sends photographs of what they are doing and sends home a daily diary so I didn’t miss anything.
My little boy adores Clair, and it’s clear she knows him so well! When his 2 year check came, she brought me an amazing folder filled with where he is on the EYFS. It was so personal. She is absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t think of anyone better to look after my boy.

I couldn't recommend Clair highly enough, she has made a very difficult transition for me easier than I expected. With my partner moving to Australia, my daughter starting primary school and my son starting with Clair I was expecting a long and painful settling in experience for all of us. The opposite actually happened as my son took to Clair, her family and the other kids she looks after like a duck to water.
Clair has been exceptionally caring, flexible and extremely helpful, so much so that my son now doesn't want to leave when I pick him up. She has kept me up to date with everything he gets up to which has made it easier for me especially with the great pictures and videos she takes and sends me. She has also helped with my daughter with holiday care, she looks forward to her visits and sometimes gets jealous when she knows her brother is going without her.
If you have the opportunity and can find Clair with space I would jump at the chance, she will always go above and beyond when ever she can to give your child everything they need. It's also great that she meets with other child minders and their kids so that my children get a lot more variety and adventures than would be possible from just her on her alone. Since starting with Clair in September I have found no area's which I could fault her and I am constantly surprised by her attention to detail and the love she offers the children she cares for.
Thank you seems such an understatement for how I feel about the help she has offered me and my family.

Clair has looked after my daughter for approx 2 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
She is very organised and patient. My daughter loves spending time with Clair and her children. I never have to worry about her when I am at work as I know Clair is prepared and reliable.
