Pearl has been looking after my now 3 year old on a regular basis for over a year - she's reliable, fun, caring and my daughter loves her. She's been really flexible when needed and has a good intuition for what children need, adapting her plans and day according to my daughters needs. She's happy to prepare meals and my daughter is always happy in her company and relaxed when I get home. I'd highly recommend her.
