Unreliable, she arranged an interview with the timing that was suitable for her, then cancelled it an hour before when we were almost expecting her to come.
She emailed saying she'll rearrange. Following day sent a not too clear email on how many hours she needs to do a week and she hopes we'll find a nanny?!?!
Unreliable and unprofessional. Certainly not someone we are looking for!

Dear Vikk,
I am and have been a very reliable Nanny, I have informed you regarding the matter that I needed to do more hours not just one day...knowing that it was not possible for me to carry on I emailed you the explaining the situation.
However I apologize if I couldn't keep up to your expectations...!!
