Paula is absolutely wonderful and both my children love her! They are always so excited to see her and are so happy in her home. They are always busy learning, exploring, crafting and visiting places such as playgroups, legoland, sealife and parks for Autumn walks! My children have learned so much with Paula. I am amazed at how far they have come on in her care! She is so caring and patient with the children, always supporting them while encouraging their independence when they are ready.
Paula is so accommodating and has been so flexible with childcare arrangements, helping me out on so many occassions. The whole family are so lovely and my daughter regularly talks of how much fun she has with them. They are such a kind, caring family and it really is such a happy home. Knowing my children are in such a happy home surrounded by a loving and happy family has made returning to work so easy! It really is a home from home and I can't recommend Paula highly enough! I couldn't have asked for a better family to look after my children.

Paula has looked after my little girl for a few months now and I can’t believe how much she has come on with her speaking, eating, fine and gross motor skills! She absolutely loves it there. Paula is great with communicating on how your child is getting on throughout the day! She updates you with pictures which is so nice to see. She is always taking her to fun places like Lego land, sea life and play centres. Very professional and friendly would really recommend her!

Paula has looked after my son for over 5 years now, she is amazing.
Paula is so flexible with out needs as my hours can change last minute and she will always accommodate us.
I would recommend Paula to anyone for children of all ages.

Paula has looked after both my children for years… I couldn’t take my child anywhere else. I no when my child goes to Paula’s, she feels at home. My youngest started at 3 years old, when transitioning to school for morning and after school. I was so worried my little baby being tired (as I work long hours) Paula met her needs, she would come home after a short nap, and a rest, a snack of two.
Not to forget school holidays ! How many parents feel pure guilt because they’re working and other children get to play and explore with their families. Paula treats them like her own, they’re off to Lego land, the beach, the park ect. She will send little photos showing their smily faces and the mum guilt instantly leaves !
I’m dreading the day my youngest is to grown to need childcare !
I promise as a mum it’s all about the way your child is treated , and Paula supports them children in every way. I don’t no how she does it !

I cannot express how amazing Paula is at her job! She and her family have welcomed our 2 boys into their beautiful and loving home and surrounded them with a caring and nurturing environment above anything I had expected. Her passion for bringing out the best in children shows from day 1 - she constantly thrives to do what is best for them. She provides a varied and exciting curriculum and regularly takes the children out on trips to ignite their interest in learning and play. Her regular and clear communication means that I have every confidence in Paula meeting my child’s physical, emotional and learning needs. She provides delicious and healthy home cooked food and has clear systems in place to ensure that safeguarding practices are stringently followed. Paula and her family have had a tremendously positive part to play in bringing our boys up into kind, confident and sociable little humans. We cannot rate her highly enough.

I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who have been looked after by Paula since 2020. It was very important for me when looking for a childminder I found someone that had means to transport so my children weren’t stuck in doing the same thing each day. Paula has a mini bus and she takes my children to absolutely anywhere and everywhere, my youngest practically lives in Lego land 😂 they go to all kinds of different parks, beaches you name it Paula takes them there, which for me is so special especially during the school holidays when I feel guilty I’m stuck in work, I know my children are well looked after and being entertained they come back each night ready for bed as they’ve been up to so much fun. My children are well loved by Paula, her husband and children they really are part of the family. They are well fed and well educated in Paula’s company and her house is absolutely immaculate. When the day finally comes we have to say goodbye to Paula it will feel like losing a limb I am so very thankful to have found her on this website and have never looked back. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends and anyone else considering a childminder in the area to look after their little one. She really is a Wonder Woman.

I just want to say thank you. My daughter absolutely love’s coming to Paula’s. Her speech and learning has come on amazingly. Paula always puts in so much effort. She has a beautiful clean tidy house & is always taking the children to Lego Land, parks and fun places. I don’t have to worry about making pack lunches, my daughter is always well fed. I feel very lucky to have found such a nice lady, my daughter is so happy when she comes home, always singing and talking to herself about her day. It’s really really sweet and makes me very happy. I couldn’t recommend a better childminder.

Paula was very helpful with my son and he enjoyed going to her place. She was flexible and could accommodate extra hours whenever I needed it even on short notice. She is very professional, welcoming, calm and has lots of patience in dealing with my son. She offered to pick up and drop off which was very helpful and she was always punctual. I would highly recommend her services and is not surprising that she is rated outstanding by Ofsted.

Paula is the best childminder I could of ever wished for. She always goes out of her way to make sure the children are looked after and happy and safe. My son is always so excited to go to Paula’s, so much so that he requested to go on his birthday instead of coming home early! Paula has made him feel like a part of the family and I can’t thank her enough for showing so much love and care to him! Paula has also been so flexible with dates and times etc to help me.
The setting is such a lovely place and my son enjoys the playhouse so much! He enjoys having his own space to be creative but also loves it when Paula helps him with tasks! He has made such amazing progress since he was welcomed into the environment and has been nurtured and allowed to grow.
My son has been in nursery’s and preschools for 3 years prior to meeting Paula and he says she is ‘the bestest of the best’ and is his ‘favourite person to look after me, even better than nana’!
I won’t send Leo to anybody else now. Paula is my only choice!

I can't speak highly enough of Paula's professional care for my son, now of school age. He was very well nurtured under Paula's care for four days a week from aged 10 months to 5 years old. Paula's pet and smoke free home was always clean and tidy and she provided a varied selection of nutritious and healthy food and snacks. Paula was really flexible when my son was first settling in, but from the very beginning he was incredibly happy there. She kept a full log of his daily routines, in the early days it was all about milk, food and dirty nappies (which reassured me as a working mum) but this also included a record of his personal, social and learning developments with lots of pictures and examples of his creativity. We still hang his home made baubles on our Christmas tree! I continue to treasure these memories as I wasn’t organised enough to do as much of this at home.
We had a regular routine of weekly care and I was able to use ‘Childcare Vouchers’ which were saved via my employer. I was delighted about this as there are some tax savings for working parents and I continue to use them at school. We moved from full-time care to after school care once my Son started nursery. I had other childcare options by this stage but we were so happy with Paula that our arrangement continued until he started Reception. Paula was flexible enough to accept term time only care from day one. This was invaluable to us, practically and financially as my husband works in a school. Very few other Childcare services offered this option at the time.
There is no doubt that Paula takes her responsibilities very seriously. She strictly observes the child to adult ratios and does not employ ‘assistants’; caring for each child herself, personally. I’d recommend parents consider this of any prospective Childminder.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paula’s services. Don’t delay; because of her superb standards she rarely has any vacancies.
