We have been with Natalie as our childminder since 2014. She looked after my oldest until he headed off to secondary school and my younger son continues to attend Natalie's for before/ after school and school holidays. The care she has offered over the years has been exceptional. The boys have also been able to experience numerous
day trips and holiday activities with a schedule over school holidays that is always full and varied - they have never been bored with so much going on! Natalie looks after children across a range of ages and this was a great experience for my boys too as it means they have developed interaction skills with both older and younger children. Natalie
has been supportive when we have needed flexibility with days/ times and she always communicates with families in a clear and timely way. We are soon to end our childcare journey with Natalie as secondary school approaches for our youngest and it will be very strange not to have Natalie and the extended childcare 'family' as part
of our daily routine. For families looking to start their childcare journey, I would highly recommend Natalie and the childcare service she provides.

I was recommened to Natalie for our son (4yrs). I needed help with school drop off and pick ups - she was very accommodating to our needs.
We meet to fill in paperwork at her house and our son didn't want to leave - he loved it so much.
Natalie is a very caring and kind person.
She gives detailed handover and keeps me updated with everything going on at the school too.
Natalie promotes independence and is very paitent.

Natalie has looked after our two daughters aged nearly 2 and 4 years since September 2022, including drop off and pick up from New Oscott nursery for morning only sessions, which we really appreciate as it would not otherwise be possible for our oldest to attend the pre school. A fantastic environment is provided for them and they enjoy many varied days out and activities. Natalie is flexible, professional and extremely knowledgeable about caring for small children, and has many times gone above and beyond in looking after them. Their progress is recorded in detail, we receive regular feedback and updates and we know the children get such a lot from their childcare days. We love that the girls get to spend time with each other and they enjoy being with the other children in the small group setting. The quality of baking is also exceptional! We would highly recommend Natalie's childminding service.

Natalie has been amazing, our daughter started going 2 days a week in January and she settled in so quickly and easily! She absolutely loves going to Natalie’s and spending time with Nat and her little friends, in fact she never wants to leave when we pick her up!! Nat is always taking the kids out and about which we love as our daughter is a very big outdoor girl! They also often go to playgroups or out for lunches or do lots of fun activities at Nats home. Nat is always super flexible if we need an extra hour or day. We feel really comfortable and confident that our daughter is in the best hands when we are at work, which is priceless. Would absolutely recommend!

My Son Louis has been going to Natalie since September 2020. I took Louis out of a nursery at the start of lockdown and he became very attached to me, I did worry about how he would cope being away from me, bearing in mind he also had a break from Natalie in the January lockdown I am so pleased with how he has adapted. so much so that he calls Natalie Nanny ( much to her delight as she's the same age as me ) He has made his own friends and fits in really well with the group, they spend a lot of time exploring the great outdoors if the weather is ok and sets out a weekly plan of fun things for them all to do. My Daughter Daisy went to Natalie in the school holidays and she actually sees this as a treat. she absolutely loved it. You can see that she treats all of the children as her own and I have followed her lead in areas where I myself have lacked confidence, She has a lot more experience than I do. I really cant pick a fault with the service she provides. she is professional yet friendly and will help with extra days if she can. she is a great support. I moved to this area not knowing anyone and quite often even when Louis is not in her care I meet her to do the school run so Daisy can see "Louis Friends" .

Natalie has been regularly looking after my three daughters for the past 2+ years. Prior to this, my girls had been looked after by family and I was unsure about leaving them with someone new. My initial enquiry for one day of childcare a week for my pre-schoolers soon turned into three days a week - with before and after school care for my eldest added in too - as the children settled with real ease. Natalie and her family have always made my children feel so welcome, their home environment is warm and inviting, and my girls enjoy time spent there. They have such a range of experiences in Natalie’s care - indoor and outdoor, fun and educational - and activities are always well thought out, with consideration given to the individual needs of the children.
Natalie is so very easy to work with; she is approachable, extremely competent, professional and reliable, and she has patience in abundance. I my experience, Natalie has always been willing to work collaboratively with parents to support the children and aid their development, in a consistent manner. My girls are happy and well-engaged in her care, and I can go to work and focus on my job without having to worry about them. I highly recommend Natalie as a childminder - we are very grateful to have her in our lives!

Natalie looked after my little one and also collected from the school nursery for me. Natalie is amazing, treats the kids like her own, she does so much with them especially during the summer months where picnics and trips to the park which is right on the doorstep. Natalie has helped me out when I’ve been in a pickle if I’ve been late and has looked after both my kids during school holidays where they did so many fun activities they didn’t want to come home. Both my kids just love her and can’t wait to see her. I could not recommend Natalie enough, when you are leaving your little ones you want someone you can trust and there is no one you could trust more I can assure you.

My son has been going to Natalie for nearly all of his 10 years, since 9 months old. She is the only childminder I would consider, and my son loves her like a family member (and so do we!) Daytime and holiday activities are very varied, and there is lots of learning along with lots of fun.
Natalie is always reliable and the setting is great. All early years development notes are maintained and passed to the parents to read, and regular feedback is given which is vital. Would highly recommend

Our 2 year old boy Joseph thoroughly enjoyed his years with Natalie and it was truly great to see him develop his confidence and learning. His was a fun packed, busy week with many activities and trips designed to stimulate and engage. The house felt very much like a home from home for Joe and I would without any reservation at all, recommend Natalie.

Natalie looked after my first child from when he was 12 months old and my second child from 9 months old. There is nowhere else I would want them to be while I am at work. They have truly become part of her family over the past 3 years and I love that they are so welcomed and happy there. Natalie has varied activities organised for them and there is always something fun and exciting planned. Natalie follows the early years stages and I love watching how she supports their development. Natalie keeps a folder with photos, pictures and tracking all their progress. Natalie is so caring and trustworthy - I would recommend her without a doubt.

Natalie cared for my daughter from 10 months until she was nearly five and I wholeheartedly recommend her. My daughter absolutely loved her time with Natalie and ‘the gang’, all of whom were like a second family to her. She offers a spotless, homely, safe and child friendly environment. I loved that everyday was social and busy, with outings to places such as playgroups, the park, soft play, farms, the library etc. And school holidays always involved lots of lovely outings too. Natalie really cares about all the children she looks after and is attentive to all their needs. She also works with the children to reach their foundation stage milestones always kept me up to date on my daughters progress. She keeps a file on each child and updates it with their work and also photos of them having fun and taking part in various activities.
The dinners she provides are varied and nutritious and she encourages the children to try different foods.
Natalie is a fantastic childminder and I highly recommend her!

My eldest daughter was with Natalie from 7 months old until she started Reception, and my youngest daughter started with Natalie at 9 months old and is still with her now aged 18 months. Natalie is the only person I could imagine leaving my children with while I’m at work. She is the most caring, loving person and my girls were welcomed with open arms by her whole family. My girls have had such an exciting, nurturing start to life with Natalie and she always has busy days planned for them! Natalie always makes sure the children have healthy tasty meals, and her house is spotlessly clean and child friendly. In addition to this, she follows the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance and ensures children are reaching educational milestones when they are in her care. She documents observations and photographs in individual folders, which are so lovely to look at and as a parent who feels guilty for working - it is so reassuring to see that the girls are having the very best opportunities so young. I can’t thank Natalie enough for everything she has done for my girls.

My daughter has been in Natalie’s care each week for nearly two years and to say Natalie goes above and beyond to provide my daughter with a safe and fun environment would be an understatement. Natalie makes each day fun and my daughter is always pleased to be going there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child when I am at work. Natalie is professional and friendly and will always go out of her way to help you. Could not recommend her enough!!
