What would we do without Princess!

Our son has been going to Princess four days a week since he was five months old – he’s now 19 months – and we truly couldn’t be happier with the care she provides.
Our original plan was to hire a nanny, but that fell through at the last minute. We found Princess on this website and, looking back, we wish we’d gone with her from the very beginning. The setup has worked out perfectly from day one.
Our son absolutely loves going to Princess’s each day. We've never had any issues with drop-offs – no tears, no resistance – just a happy little boy eager to start his day.
Her home has a lovely, warm “home-from-home” feel, which we felt immediately reassured by. The space is safe, welcoming, and filled with age-appropriate toys, books, and engaging activities. There’s also a great-sized garden, which he enjoys playing in regularly, especially when the weather is nice.
Princess creates such a rich and varied routine for the children. As well as time at home for play, learning, and rest, she takes them out frequently – to the local common, playgrounds, and playgroups – where our son gets lots of opportunity to socialise with other children, which he absolutely loves. We’ve really noticed how confident and happy he is around others, and we know her efforts have played a big part in that.
Princess regularly sends us photos and videos throughout the day, and it’s clear he’s thriving in her care. He always looks content and engaged, whether he's playing, eating, or learning something new.
She provides a very high level of care and is clearly knowledgeable about early years development. We’ve seen a huge amount of growth in our son since he started with her. He’s hit all his milestones – crawling, walking, and now beginning to talk – and we credit much of that progress to the nurturing environment Princess creates.
She’s also incredibly supportive when challenges arise, whether it’s our son being unwell or going through a tricky phase with sleep. She’s always happy to offer advice and will adapt his routine where needed to support him.
The food Princess prepares is fantastic – healthy, varied, and home-cooked. Our son has become a real little foodie since he started weaning with her, and we love how adventurous his palate has become. It’s reassuring to know he’s eating such a wide range of nutritious meals.
Communication is another real strength. Every day we receive a full update on what our son has eaten, how long he’s napped for, and anything else of note. Princess always keeps us informed about things like teething, changes in mood, or any medication needed (with our permission first, of course).
Finally, Princess has been 100% reliable. We’ve never been let down, and she gives us plenty of notice for her two weeks of annual leave each year. As working parents, that consistency and trust means a great deal to us.
We feel very lucky to have found Princess and couldn’t recommend her more highly to other families.

Five Star review for Tooties!

Princess has looked after our two and a half year old daughter for the last 1.5 years and so we wanted to share a review of our experience. Princess is a kind, caring and nurturing person, someone who our daughter loves very much. Our daughter has thrived and developed great relationships with everyone in the family, including the other children Princess looks after.

Princess is really big on arts and crafts and has a lovely playroom full of toys, books and creative activities. She takes the kids on adventures, visits to the park and to play groups which has really helped with our daughters social skills.

She really considers her feelings and adapts to her needs, for example, when she's recovering from a cold or not feeling her best, she gives her as many cuddles as she requests and lets her have those quiet days when most needed.

She lives on a beautiful Residential road, which is walking distance to Tooting Common with a lovely garden with water activities for the kids. Her husband is a chef who works in the city, so between the two of them, our daughter has had quite the foodie experience. She has got our daughter to try lots of different food and taught her to enjoy vegetables, which as any toddler parent knows, is a real victory!

She keeps us updated daily with photos of how our daughter is developing and what she is up to and she saves her scribbles and paintings for us to keep. She also created a year in her life photo album at Christmas, which was so wonderful. Princess has also generously given our daughter some really sweet and thoughtful presents, things that she knows she will love.

She was instrumental in potting training our daughter, making the process much smoother and quicker than we had imagined!

She is currently teaching her to use her scooter, something she is a little nervous of but we have always appreciated how Princess encourages our daughter and gives her the freedom and independence to do things for herself but in a safe environment.

We could not recommend Princess enough and are very grateful to have a role model like her in our child's life

Home away from home childcare

I first met Antonio and Princess when my son was just 3 months old. They were the first childcare provider I had met with and within minutes I knew they were the perfect fit for him.

Their set up is spacious, yet homely and well equipped. Plenty for the children to do and with Princess' creativeness they can always be found 'making something.'

Our family don't know what we'd do without the flexible and reliable service that they offer.
