Olivia has been with Jayne since September and I can honestly she has come on leaps and bounds after being in Jayne’s care. She absolutely loves going and spending time with her and the other children. Jayne does so much with them all like toddler groups, messy play, learning etc…
I always love to read about what Olivia gets up to in the day in her diary and Jayne provides us with pictures at the end of the day too which is lovely.
Thank you so much for caring for our daughter, would recommend Jayne to anyone!

I am so incredibly thankful to Jayne for looking after my little girl while her childminder was away. Jayne went over and above to accommodate my bespoke childcare needs and communicated everything to me clearly beforehand. She made sure my daughter settled in really well and my daughter had such a nice time with her. I would have no hesitation recommending Jayne to anyone. Thanks again Jayne.

Our little boy (19months) has been with Jayne for around 8weeks but it feels like he’s known her for much longer.

We love that he’s excited to go to Jayne’s and play with the other kids. He really enjoys spending the day doing actives like: painting, messy play, music, walks in the park, zoo/farm visits, toddler groups and playing dress up.

We love reading what he’s been up to in the diary updates which Jayne provides daily, along with photos. It’s great to see him having so much fun and also make us feel assured that our child is in the best possible care!

Amazing childminder

Our little boy has been with Jayne since the beginning of the year and he absolutely loves her! He has settled in really well with her and he loves the other children she has and of course her cats!
He always goes in with a smile on his face and leaves with a smile so we know he’s had a lovely day. Jayne always does lots of activities with the children, either by taking them out exploring and to toddler groups or doing lots of different things inside.
He’s so happy with Jayne and we feel so lucky to have found her to look after our son.

A pleasant experience for My child

My child was very happy with Jayne. She has made some friends and done lots of socialising at toddler groups. Jayne keeps the children active & occupied and this is why we chose her services. They have lots to do. I haven't got any complaints but also I think my child is a confident and happy child. There was no issues with settling in. She goes to sleep at nap times. I would have kept the place, but a place at preschool has opened up. I would recommend her to anyone asking & maybe even use her services again on the future.

Amazing childminder!

I would recommend Jayne to anyone looking for a childminder in Bedford, she's been looking after my twin girls now for around 5 months, and they've come on leaps and bounds, and really come out of their shells and have so much fun each day. Jayne always makes sure there's plenty of activities planned for each day, and often go out and about, and the girls come home every day with big smiles and big personality🤍

Short time great childminder 👍

we found Jayne last minute, luckily we did 🙂 Jaynes been great with my son 😀 he's 3 in the short time he's been with her he's enjoyed himself and Iv felt all his needs have been meet. she's very friendly and will accommodate your needs 👍
They go on days out to farms/parks and rivers.
my son particularly likes that Jayne has cats 🐈

Amazing childminder

My almost 2 year old daughter has only been with Jayne for a few months but from day 2 she was settled and happy. Jayne does so many lovely activities with the children and I look forward to reading the childcare log everyday, Jayne always sends me pictures of what the children are up to and has helped me out on a couple of occasions when I've needed earlier drop off times. Jayne's experience shines through and I'm really happy I chose her.

If I knew before..

After reading all the good reviews about her, I decided to contact her as I needed someone to look after my 12 months old baby. She said his age was absolutely fine. After few settling sessions, she accepted him for 3 full permanent days starting in about a month time. Completely out of the blue ,she texted me saying she couldn't accept him because after ONLY!! 3 days with her, he didn't settle (not sleeping like a doll in his new cot alone), telling that her neighbours were complaining about him crying, while she kept WhatsApp me saying he was fine...
She let me down during Christmas holiday, couple of weeks before starting, with not enough time to find any other solutions. I do understand she had the right to do so, within the first 6 weeks , still not acceptable from a professional childminder. She must have been honest since the beginning, not very reliable.May be OK for kids 24 month and over

This is a unfair review . As when the lady rang me I explained to her as I have other children I could not rock children to sleep as not fair on the other children . And you said no his happy and ok . But then I find out he falls asleep in the nanny arms and in your bed at night , I tried to settle him but he was very distressed and would not settle to sleep so I tried rocking and white noise music but he woke the others and still very distressed as tired . I did 2 one hour settling in and in that time he never slept . But on the 3 days I had him he cried and would not let me even hold him to sleep . As it was a trial period I explained it was not good for him as he was used to a nanny and I had to take the other children in account and also my neighbour had his wife home from hosp as had a stroke and he said that baby keeps crying so long , so I terminated the contract as settling in period as I could not offer him one to one . Plus as you was going on holiday for over 2 weeks he would be more unsettled as had the family around him and we would be back to the same situation . So this is not a good review as Iv been a childminder over 35 years and no complaints

Excellent childminder!

Jayne has lots of knowledge and ensures a safe caring environment for all children! It is like a family away from the home setting. She looked after my little girl for nearly 3 years and Lydia always came home happy and content telling me of the activities they got up to that day!
Highly recommended
