A wonderful Nanny

Jacky has worked with our two sons (4 and 2) for around 4 months now. Our eldest is neurodivergent and Jacky has been brilliant in building a strong relationship with him. She is very respectful of our values as parents and is proactive in finding out how we approach things and being guided by that. Jacky has a really lovely, kind nature and is a pleasure to have around our home. Her genuine care and passion is so clear to see and we really value having her in our lives. Thank you Jacky

Fantastic Nanny Service

Jacky has a very calm and welcoming presence which our two children took to straight away. Our daughter is neurodivergent and can take a while to build confidence with people, but Jacky clearly is very experienced and able to relate to her very well and make her feel at ease. She is very competent with play, bedtime & food preparation - even with our puppy in the mix causing trouble! We would not hesitate to recommend her. We look forward to many more visits. Very pleased with Jacky

We booked Jacky to take care of our home educated son while we were away last minute for work. She was an exceptional nanny for our son. Her punctuality and reliability are outstanding, and she was ready to engage with our child from early morning. Our son enjoyed their time together, which speaks volumes about her warm and nurturing approach. Jacky's experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) has been invaluable, as she understands and accommodates our child's unique needs with patience and expertise. Her ability to create a fun and supportive environment has made a significant positive impact. We highly recommend Jacky to any family seeking a dedicated and skilled nanny.
