As a single mum of three boys ages ranging from 7-13yrs old, I really appreciated having someone like Jackie (JayJay as the kids love to call her), to help with childcare.
Jackie is always professional, reliable, punctual, and willing to work long, unsociable hours, even stepping in last-minute when things came up, which made a big difference for us. I work a 24/7 shift pattern and she is willing to work the mixture of shifts I need.
My boys all loved spending time with her. She had a natural way with them. She’s patient, friendly, and able to connect with each of them in her own way.
It gave me peace of mind knowing they were safe, happy, and well looked after.
She was also supportive of me as a parent, understanding of the challenges that come with juggling everything on your own, and always there with a kind word or a bit of encouragement. That kind of support really meant a lot.
She’s a lovely, dependable woman who truly cares, and I’d happily recommend her to any family looking for someone they can trust with their children.

Thank you so much it’s been an absolute pleasure working with you and looking after your amazing boys.
Jacqueline is a very kind and reliable person. She was always on time, easygoing, and adaptable to our schedule changes without any issues. She took the time to meet the kids before caring for them, which made everyone feel comfortable. Jacqueline was also very approachable and even offered to cook for the kids while I was away. My teenage daughter loved her as well! I honestly can’t think of anyone else I would trust more with my kids in the future.

Very unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate. This lady made 2 appointments with me, did not show up or have the courtesy to call to cancel.

Hello julienne , your right I did make to arrangements to come and have a chat with you regarding childcare, I know it has come across extremely unprofessional. You are absolutely right and this is something that is completely out of character for myself as I explained my mum has been taken into hospital. She’s 84 and is seriously poorly on hindsight I should of declined coming to see you until things have improved with my mum, I do have a great portfolio and lots of references from families I have worked for in the past and can assure people this is completely out of character for myself at the moment i’m just a little all over the place at the moment up-and-down motorway is completely my fault you are right. I have acted a very unprofessionally and that I really do apologise for unfortunately I genuinely completely forgot about meeting up with you as it wasn’t a priority and like I said, I should’ve done the right thing by cancelling and not rescheduling. I can only apologise.
