Friendly and calm

Ella looked after our young son, who is autistic, so my husband and I could go out for the evening. She was friendly and polite and didn’t seem fazed by any of his additional needs. Would be happy for her to watch him again.

Great with my son!

I've used Ella several times now, started with a couple of hours to bedtime routine. My son loves her. She's always been on time and accommodated my requests. I would recommend Ella to nervous parents that had never had a babysitter such as myself. She left me at ease and my son keeps asking me when is she coming back to play

This girl made my daughter feel comfortable. She's reliable and understood my child's autism. My daughter loves her like part of the family

I don't recommend opening a new account after bad

Ella contacted me regarding the possibility of caring for my son, who has autism. After discussing my requirements over the phone, she agreed to meet us on Saturday. However, she did not show up, did not respond to my messages, and did not provide any explanation for her absence. As a parent of a child with autism, consistency is crucial, and I believe Ella lacked the necessary understanding and maturity in this regard. I was disappointed by her unresponsiveness over the weekend. I would not recommend her due to her unreliability.

I had rang you and explained that I was not able to attend ans you told me that was okay.

There must of been some miscommunication somewhere but I never agreed to babysit for you and explained it was because of how far away you lived, sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

Very Reliable and Kind Babysitter!

We have used Ella for emergency babysitting on a few weekends now and every time she has arrived early with a smile on her face!

Our children love her and we feel lucky to have found her, definitely recommend👏🏻
