Shocking

I paid Josie £72 for 6 hours childminding for a friend. My friend’s 18 month old daughter threw up about 30 mins after she left the house. Josie said it was projectile but it wasn’t. My daughter’s friend knows the child wasn’t sick.

Anyway, Josie called for my friend to return and she did straight away. Josie was there maybe an hour in total.

Josie has refused to refund me any part of the £72. She refuses to discuss it with me and has blocked me citing “safeguarding” reasons because the child isn’t related to me.

But I’m the phone who paid for 6 hours and only got 1 hour.

My advice — choose another childminder or only pay her when you return.

Josie is incredible

Josie babysits for our two year old Toby. He absolutely loves her, she is warm, friendly, fun and patient. I would recommend her to anybody that needed a babysitter in Bromley and the surrounding areas.

Josie is a fantastic babysitter!

Josie is a lovely person, very warm, friendly and organised. She's professional and responsible and great with my daughter who liked her straight away. I have recommended her to my friends and would use again.
