We met Drew this week after needing to find a casual babysitter for our 1 year old and 2 month old on the odd occasion. It was the first time we’d left our boys with anyone outside family and we couldn’t be more pleased. Drew has a totally warm and welcoming personality and both our kids were completely at ease with her. Drew communicated with us during the evening to let us know how they were going and we never once felt like we needed to check in. We arrived home to a sleeping toddler, happy baby and tidy play area which was more than we could have asked for. Thank you Drew! Xxx

My family are new to St Helens and therefore know no one. Our family are Australian so we have very little in the way of support. Drew came and met us and our 1 year old son and I was instantly at ease. She provided us with an up to date DBS and references. She has had our son for a few hours this evening, our son warmed to Drew instantly because of her outgoing and sensitive nature. I am quite a nervous parent and overprotective I suppose. He settled well with her and was asleep early on. Upon our return I was shocked and happy to find Drew had also tidied away our sons toys and also rinsed out his cup. I felt at ease with Drew and would definitely use her services again. Thank you for giving my husband and I our relationship time back! :)

Drew has babysat my twin 4 year old boys on two occasions this month. She has proven to be punctual, trustworthy and a good communicator. From her first visit my boys have felt comfortable with her. She eagerly took on small tasks I had asked for like giving the boys a bath, aswell as directing her on the type of play I needed for each child during her visit. I will be using her services on an ongoing basis 😁.

I FaceTimed drew night before I was due to go out she knew I had 4 children 2 with special needs as I thought perfect she’s got special needs experience as wrote on your profile she agreed with everything, the next day she texted me 3 hours before I was due to go out saying she couldn’t do it and wanted alot more money because my boys we’re special needs which was absolutely ridiculous I emotionally explained the night before I only work part time and struggling to make ends meet and I’m struggling mentally as I was a single mum to 4, she wrote that she couldn’t put her self in the position to get “hurt” so I had to find a other baby sitter in the space of 3 hours, thankfully I did. She shouldn’t be a child minder in my opinion if she asked for more money because of a disabled child considering she said she’s got special need’s experience, which I was told from her personally she has not. Will never ask drew ever again.

Most of this is untrue and been taken completely out of context. I love my job, and I am indeed experienced with complex needs. This job was just too far out of my comfort zone and too much pressure to put myself under; and the rate I was charging didn’t compensate for the work load. I expressed my deepest regrets to be letting this person down, and they told me they understood.
We knew drew from the nursery she worked in and having moved here and knowing noone we asked her to watch our two kids. She has always been punctual and very professional. We trusted her enough with her work life to give her full control and structure of the kids when in their company and we have had no issues. Even one night when the baby was sick she was brilliant. The day after when she left the oldest always told us stories of her playing and being lovely to them as well. If we weren't moving away she would be a continuing constant as she allowed us to have date nights without any worries. highly recommend
