Lulu was a great help to us while on a short but busy trip to London this month. Clear and careful in communications, she kept our daughter active and engaged and was very generous with her at the same time!

Lulu has been extremely supportive in caring for our seven-month-old son, who is experiencing separation anxiety towards us (his parents). I was nervous that my son would not take to a new person during this period, but Lulu's approach is patient and gentle. She worked with him over a week to gain his trust and effectively engage him using professional strategies to reduce his (and my) anxiety. Lulu constantly talked to him, encouraging his communication skills and fostering a sense of connection. She continually engaged him with him with soft play, reading books, feeding, and putting him to sleep, which has worked well in creating a comforting routine.
Additionally, Lulu has been a tremendous help with household chores, particularly catching up on our backlog of washing, which has relieved a lot of unnecessary stress for us. We are very grateful for her outstanding support and would definitely use her for babysitting as well. We highly recommend Lulu to any family in need of a dedicated and professional nanny!

Lulu is a great nanny and tutor, she’s extremely motivated to provide as much support to my son who has autism. Being first time parents it can be hard but Lulu really helped us and put in the effort to support my son’s development which is much appreciated.
