Melanie understood our two kids' needs instantly and listened to every detail we shared with her about them. She is very decisive and knows what she's doing.
We (wife and I) had a great time out in the evening while Melanie had our little ones, we had nothing to worry about and she put them to bed with no problem despite being the first time they met her (they woke up to ask for her). She's great at communication too. House was still clean and tidy when we got home. Amazing!

Melanie is babysitting my son and we are really happy the way she does it . Melanie responds quickly . Gives a feedback after each babysitting session which is very helpful for us. Very punctual with timings. We are very happy with her services.

Mel was fantastic. Responded really quickly, asked all the right questions, gave me reassuring updates when I'd left the house, and was lovely with the kids. All in all an easy 5 out of 5.
