I am extremely pleased with our experience at George Perkins Kids Planet Nursery. From the moment we enrolled, it has been clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being and development of each child. The educators are not only friendly and approachable but also very knowledgeable about early childhood development. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for my child to feel comfortable and excited about attending. I appreciate the individualized attention they give to each child, recognizing their unique needs and interests, which has helped my little one thrive.The communication is also fantastic. I receive regular updates and photos throughout the day, which makes me feel connected to my child's experiences. The nursery also holds parent meetings and events that foster a strong sense of community, making it easy for parents to get involved.The activities provided are both fun and educational, promoting creativity and learning in a hands-on way. I am seeing growth in my child's social skills and confidence.

Supportive and caring team

I have loved this nursery since my son joined the baby room when he was 10months old - he’s now 2 and an half and moved up to the toddler room. In that time we have also welcomed a baby sister into our family - the nursery staff were so helpful during the lead up, preparing my son for the arrival of his baby sister. Making the transition to big-brother-hood that bit easier.

The staff are so accommodating and helpful when I have my hands full with two under two at drop offs and pick ups, helping me get my son in and out of the car - a real testament to how they go above and beyond for the families that that look after.

When navigating tricky toddler behaviours at home the staff are always willing to offer a listening ear and help me brain storm or trouble shoot how to manage the toddler meltdowns.

I love that I have a peace of mind for where I send my son to nursery. At nursery he eats well, sleeps well, moves his body, and LOVES his music sessions with Miss Emma. His confidence and his language is really developing as he has some older friends in the toddler room to learn from. I feel he is emotionally supported in the same way he is supported at home , in a loving, caring, environment. He has made great friends and good bonds with all the staff. In particular his key members of staff.

It’s a big decision where to send your child to nursery, I feel I was supported through my anxious period as a parent about settling him in. I highly recommend this nursery - and would encourage you to check out their next open day if you want to find out more.

Highly recommend this nursery

Kids Planet George Perkins is an excellent nursery. The staff are all amazing - so friendly and caring. We feel very reassured as we know our son is in safe hands. Very good communication with feedback every day and information in real time on the app.
They do great activities and spend lots of time in the garden, which we feel is very important.
Our son is extremely attached to his key worker and other staff members and it is definitely a home-from-home for him. He loves going and has blossomed since starting here.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!
