When I was first looking at going back to work full time I tried to get a nursery place for my youngest and before and after school club place for my eldest. After finding that the after school club had a very long waiting list I was forced to look at childminders in the area... I am now so glad that I was.
From the minute we walked into Jane's house my boys immediately felt at ease and started to play with the extensive range of appropriate toys and creative activities in the spacious play room. Jane was warm and welcoming and flexible in offering the hours of childcare that I required as well as being able to drop off and pick up my eldest from school.
Since starting in July this year my boys have been on countless lovely days out with Jane and Anna as well as taking part in lots of creative and educational activities. She offers a home from home for all children in her care and keeps parents up to date with their child's day to day activities.
They are both always excited to go to Jane's in the morning and come home every day saying they've had a great time. Jane goes above and beyond to help out and has never let us down. I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Jane has been looking after our daughter for almost two years now. She attends 3 days a week and she is always looks forward to going there and comes home happy and chatting about her day.
No two days in a week are the same as Jane always like to vary the activities they are involved in. These range from toddler groups, soft play centres, and parks. During school holidays, they go further afield to parks outside of the local area, museums, and sometimes day trips out to the seaside.
Jane follows the EYFS guidelines and offers plenty of educational activities. Our daughter has been learning to write, read, and doing activities that help with her hand to eye coordination. Jane keeps an electronic record of the children's development which can be accessed by parents online. These records consist of written notes, photographs and video clips. Almost every day our daughter brings home drawings, paintings, and crafts that she has enjoyed making.
Jane's house is spacious and there is a very large back garden with lots of different toys and apparatus. She has a large people carrier type car which the kids go out in.
Jane is passionate about her work and clearly cares about the development and well being of the children. Our daughter's confidence and development has grown rapidly and she has formed good relationships with Jane, her assistant Anna, and all of the children. We are really happy with the service Jane provides - having someone look after your child is an important and difficult decision so we are very grateful to have found her.

Jane and Anna provide a flexible, educational, excellent experience for our children. My boys have both been minded by Jane & Anna from the age of 10 months old and they are always excited and happy to go to "Janes house". The constant interaction, fun, educational activities have helped them to develop their skills, confidence and language and this is all evidenced in their individual learning development book which as parents we can access online. Jane and Anna plan various trips and outings both educational and fun during the week and in the school holidays - to places such as: toddler groups, sports groups, the park, the beach, museums and the library to name a few. Jane provides a home from home experience with excellent facilities and a lovely family for my boys and she also provides individualised care for every child. My oldest son (4) has special educational needs and with the help of Jane & Anna - paying particular attention to his development and needs he has made excellent progress and is coming on leaps and bounds every week. Jane and Anna are extremely thoughtful and caring childminders who make leaving our children (which is very difficult to do) really easy, as they always keep us informed as to what they are doing and where they have been -by sending us pictures and videos. We could not have wished for more perfect and accommodating minders for our boys. ??

My boys have been minded by Jane for the past 2 years and they love it. She drops off and picks up my 5 year old from school and looks after my 3 year old full time. Jane is so flexible and mainly minds my children on a term time basis but is also flexible in having them during holiday times when needed. Jane always has the children out and about at different tots group or doing various activities in the house. I can't recommend Jane's Childminding highly enough!

Taken care of my daughter for 7 years, We would be utterly lost without her and her family are also amazing. If Jane retired I would be devastated as would my Daughter - could not ask for any more than what Jane gives all the time. I have never once worried about my Daughter being with Jane from day 1 when my Daughter was 2 - Keep doing the amazing job you do every day Jane. Words cannot explain how grateful we are to have you.
