We knew from the first meeting with Natalie and her family that we didn't need to look any further for childcare. Their home is such a lovely, relaxed and welcoming setting and we felt that our daughter would be very well cared for instantly, she has been looked after by Natalie since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loves her time with Natalie, her family and the other children and is thriving because of her experiences. They spend a lot of time outdoors, which is very important to us, walking the dogs and going to the park and socialising with other children. My daughter loves showing off her creations and themed arts and crafts when I collect her. I get regular updates and photos during the day. She is very flexible and helpful when I have needed additional days cover. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone.

My daughter loved going to Natalie's and was very well looked after. Information relayed quickly, always busy playing and crafting!

Natalie looked after my son 3 days a week from 10months old to 2 years old until I went on maternity leave again. She offered a real home away from home and my son adored her and loved playing with her children and the other children she cared for. He especially loved the very chilled and accommodating family pet cat! Natalie was flexible and accommodated all my first time mum neurotic wishes when caring for him which enabled me to relax when going back to work. Natalie offered a great range of activities for him and I enjoyed receiving lovely photos to reassure me he was having a good time and also being given the lovely things he had made. The communication book she used was very helpful to find out what he had been up to and allowed me to easily pass on any information especially as I worked shifts and it was often my husband who collected and dropped him off who could not be relied upon to relay key messages!
We still keep in touch with Natalie and her family and if I ever need her help again I will not hesitate to contact her for help and would recommend her to family and friends.
