Excellent Childcare

I was quite anxious about leaving my son at first, especially as he has additional needs and has been diagnosed with Autism, but from the moment we met Lynn and Victoria they put us at ease and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

My son can not communicate with me so I can't ask him if he has had a good day or not but he didn't have too! Actions clearly speak louder than words as he settled in so quickly and would run to the door everyday. Lynn was fantastic at keeping me updated daily with photos of activities and what he had eaten etc which instantly put my mind at rest as I could see he was happy and enjoying his time throughout the day.

Lynn and Victoria were always doing different activities with the children and I loved when he came home with various arts and crafts and loved filling up my fridge with them! They always ensured educational toys were available and made it special for the children to engage and want to learn different topics. So much effort, time and care goes into the setting and it really is a lovely environment for children to be in.

I can't recommend Lynn and Victoria enough for what they did for my son and welcomed him with open arms from the moment we met them!

Fantastic Childcare!!

We really couldn't recommend Lynn and her lovely Daughter and Daughter in law enough, they really are such a lovely family and we feel so relaxed and happy to leave our little one with them Monday - Friday, our little girl comes back with a great big smile on her face and we know she has really enjoyed her day! Lynn puts so much time and effort into this wonderful place, i absolutely love reading islas daily diary of what she has been up to, what she has eaten, how much sleep she has had etc,

In such a short amount of time isla has come on leaps and bounds all thanks to Lynn and everyone at tots and toys! interacting with other children and learning different things each day is really proving to be amazing! at the moment our little one is only 19 months but has come home with paintings she has done herself, lovely plants that Lynn and the girls have helped her plant and so much more,

Tots and Toys is a lovely place for the children with a lovely play area, that is all completely secure, we feel isla is in such a safe lovely environment, it is so lovely that they get to have fun in the garden! Isla has also had lovely mornings at the park with her little friends and Lynn.

we really couldn't recommend this lovely family run childminders enough MASSIVE 10 OUT OF 10!!

Highly recommended

My three children have been attending Tots and Toys or Lynn for nearly two years now.
I was very nervous about leaving my children with a childminder especially as my youngest two (twins) were premature and could be a little behind with some aspects of their development. Lynn has been absolutely amazing with all three children and they have come on leaps and bounds since coming to her. They absolutely love it and are sometimes disappointed on the days they don't get to go!
The facilities are brilliant and there is so much different things for them to do. Lots of different educational toys which Lynn and her assistant (daughter) Victoria take the time to play with the children with. They enjoy days out, time in the garden and do a range of various activities. They are always coming home with lots of bits and bobs of what they have been up to and lots of stories which they are excited to share. They have different topics at different times which they learn about and I am always kept fully informed as to what's going on via a newsletter and Lynn telling me as she has a real passion for keeping the children interested and learning.
Lynn and Victoria are lovely easy to get along with people who take time to listen to any concerns or achievements the children are experiencing. They also work with me in bringing up the children so they are happy and reach their maximum potential.
I cannot recommend this setting enough and I have never felt so relaxed leaving my children there knowing they are happy and well looked after. The children have a fabulous relationship with not only Lynn and Victoria but also all the other members of the family that they come into contact with as do I. I feel I can approach Lynn or Victoria about anything and they are always ready to listen and help if they can.
My children really enjoy going to Lynn's and aren't fazed at all that Mummy is going off to work. It really is a home from home for them.
