Louise has been looking after our little girl since she was 4 months old. I had to go back to work at 4 months and so it was so important for me to find someone I trusted implicitly. Louise came over for an interview and as soon as I met her I felt instantly relieved that I’d found the right person. She is absolutely amazing with our little girl who is now nearly a year old. Our baby girl adores her! Louise is always on time, so tidy, sticks exactly to the routine I’m doing at the time and is incredibly supportive and understanding of me being a first time mum. She always keeps me updated on how the day is going. She is extremely experienced, professional and is a total natural with children, she has a loveable personality and most importantly just understands what our baby girl needs at all times. We hit the jackpot with Louise and cannot recommend her enough!

Louise is an experienced nanny with a great rapport with children. She is kind, loving, patient and calm. She has a great sense of humour and since I have known her has become a friend. My two children love her, she has baby-sat for us on a number of occasions whilst she has nannied for my friend for nearly three years. I trust her and am confident that if you meet her you will have a great experience! Cannot rate her highly enough.

Louise has cared for my two daughters full time since January 2015, they are now 3yrs and 5yrs old and see louise as their 2nd mummy when I'm not there. The children's emotional and physical wellbeing has always been Louise's number one priority, which was very important to me. She has become a huge part of our lives and I am very sad that we can't keep her on.
Louise is hugely reliable and has NEVER had a day off sick or been late. She has integrated into our lives brilliantly, continuing play dates with the girls friends, taking the children to their swimming lessons, making sure homework is done and ensuring they maintain contact with my friends too. She is a brilliant cook and makes nutritious home cooked meals each day.
I would be very happy to speak to any prospective families looking to employ louise. I would highly recommend her.
