Best home from home care!

Niki is an extremely competent, trustful and dedicated childminder.
She cared for our daughter first and is looking after our little son now. Both our kids love her, she has been able to establish such a special bond with them since their very first day, constantly showing such a deep understanding of children's needs.
Both my husband and I are working parents and Niki has always been available to accomodate our requests for additional hours, change in daily schedule, even the most last minute ones.
We are so grateful to Niki for always being on our side, for helping and supporting us in raising our children, and we feel so incredibly lucky to have met her about five years ago!

Wonderful

Niki is wonderful. She has such a calm presence and is so caring and lovely to both children and adults. I think it is a really good atmosphere for children to be in. We came to her when we were having a difficult time in life and I’m so glad we did. She has been amazing and understanding when my plans have changed or I’ve asked for something else. Very accommodating. I don’t know how she does it to be so calm and attentive to all the children with so much going on, but she does it. I’m grateful we found her. My only regret is that we didn’t do so sooner.

Best Childminder

Just before Christmas 2021 our old childminder gave us the notice. I was very worried about finding another childminder, but a friend of mine immediately recommended Niki. Giada, my now 3-year-old daughter, started with her right after Christmas in January 2022. I always say that Niki was the best gift of 2022. Niki is professional, but above all sweet, loving and understanding. She is always smiling and Giada loves her. When I pick her up, she always has to give Niki a long hug. My first daughter Dalia, 6, loves Niki too. She often comes to her during half term and loves to chat with her when we pick Giada up. When Giada is at Niki's, she listens to her, she follows the rules and Niki gives lessons in a firm but sweet way. Niki is also very flexible: she understands what problems can be in a family and the evolutions that can take place over time. Behind the house she has a beautiful garden with lots of games where children can play and have fun. I can only say nice things about Niki, I highly recommend her.

Couldn't ask for more

Niki is kind, calm, flexible, and hardworking. But, most importantly, our kids love her. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Our daughter has been with Niki for two years, and our son, aged one, has just started. It's tricky choosing childcare - we were looking for a childminder who provided a home from home, and feel so lucky that our children are in such a supportive, caring environment when they can't be with us. They're excited when they arrive and often don't want to come home. They loved it from day one. We couldn't ask for more and feel extremely grateful that thanks to Niki, childcare has proved to be one less thing that we have to worry about.

Superb job

Having known Nikki for many years it was a very easy decision to send my then 8 month old daughter to spend my working hours at Nikki's, knowing that Nikki would do a brilliant job with our little girl so well. My daughter loved going and made new friends with the children who already attended. Nikki was very flexible around mine and my husbands working hours. She has lots of different toys and activities for the children to keep them busy and a designated play area for the children outside. I personally loved the crafts that was sent home.
Nikki is a very caring and understanding lady, i would 100% recommend sending your children. Knowing that they will be having a grand time while learning, having fun and being cared for to a top standard.
Was a shame we moved as I would have sent my son too when I returned to work after maternity leave.
I can't thank Nikki enough for the great service.

Excellent!

Very good with babies and following their routines. She uses her instinct when it comes to kids and deals with issues accordingly (e.g when they are not themselves (teething)). Gives kids lots of cuddles and reassurance. Very good at teaching babies to talk and be polite. When it comes to doing things for the kids nothing is too much for this childminder. Very good at settling babies/toddlers that are finding it hard to be away from parents for whatever reason. Both of my children suffer/suffered with silent reflux and childminder is comfortable to give medication and deal with babies when they are in pain. I have known this childminder for 2 years now and she truly is amazing! She looked after my 2 year old daughter (for a couple of days and 1 night) when I was having my son so that is how much I trust her and feel reassured that my daughter would be taken care of and be happy. Childminders family are also lovely and my daughter likes them all including the animals. My baby son (9 months) has just started going there too and he loves it!

Very good

Excellent childminder - kind and sweet. Very flexible. My daughter loves being with her. The facilities are clean and there is plenty to keep kids happy.
